Has anyone else had problems getting single game tickets for Iowa? It's asking for a pre-sale code and as a season ticket holder, I never got one!

Thanks in advance for any help.

So I just got off the phone with the ticket office and even though I'm a season ticket holder and have been for over 20 years, I have to wait until November 19th for the general public sale.

That makes absolutely no sense.

I think Addy and Jada are the keys to this season. I can’t see Audi’s game changing much from last year. She will continue to dominate the low post on offense. I expect Addy to be more consistent this year as a junior and I think she has the potential to be the best player on the court each night. If she plays that way we will be tough to beat. Jada is the wide card. I expect our pace of play to be much different with her at the point. I like the prospects of that, but how the team adapts to that will be really important.

The hope I have about Audi is what other players are saying…she has expanded her offensive game to make it tougher to guard her. Like many, I’m wanting to see growth on the defensive end. I suspect we will see that…call it a gut feeling and a bit of knowing how the staff works.

Man I'm excited for this upcoming season.

My biggest concern last year was just how ridiculously slow we were. I hope these new additions can 1) solve that problem and 2) CBF knows how to coach with new levels of athleticism.

I'm trying to guess the rotation

Williams - Hare - Harris - Brown - Crooks

Paulk - Jackson - Williams - LT as your 4 off the bench?

Based off what CBF has said its

Williams - AJ/Paulk - Hare - Brown - Crooks

AJ/Paulk - Harris - Beaty - LT/Willy

I think that's realistic. Who comes in for 2 minutes here and there at post to rest Crooks doesn't matter much to me, they aren't going to get much for minutes. The real minutes are probably in play and competative between Jackson, Paulk, Harris and probably Beaty as she's seemingly a new fav for the coach. Just don't see minutes for Tanke, Wilson or Jensen.

Seems to me it will be Jada, AJ, Hare, Brown, Crooks starting based on his recent interview. Then he has billed Harris a the sixth man of the year candidate. It will interesting to see if LT gets more court time or is it mostly Willy at backup 5. More guard options are available, but he really talked up Beaty at guard so she may be the first guard off the bench. I would guess EP is next, but who knows. I would think his rotation will be shorter this year, but that probably leaves a couple of girls on the bench who have experience playing.

I hope CBF knows how to coach with new levels of athleticism.
No excuses for CBF this year as he has everything he needs - talent, experience and quality depth. The only questionable thing about this team is the coaching. CBF has ZERO outright regular season conference titles in 30 years at the same Power 5 conference school, a record of futility which will surely never be matched. Can he pull the right strings when it matters? His Big XII peers don’t think so and neither do I, though I’d love to be proven wrong.

I wouldn’t say he has everything. We’re lacking size/ length across most positions.

If you want everything the only time he had that was in 99-01. He has 3 solid pieces this year and the coaching will be figuring out how to best play and fit the other pieces leading to success. The other coaches picked us where we are because other teams brought in much higher touted and experienced players than we did. Plain and simple. It will take good coaching and playing, but this team appears to have enough to win the conference. If TCU wins look no further than getting Miles to sign on.

And here's a few more scrimmage results if anyone's interested. Louisville 67 WKU 40 , Marquette 78 SIUE 47 , Texas Tech 104 UTEP 69 , Oklahoma 88 Baylor 77, West Virginia 89 Virginia Tech 65 , LMU 91 Cal Baptist 78, Tennessee 69 UNC 43 (after 3 quarters)
