***2024 CFB Week 9 (Oct. 22-Oct. 26) Games Thread***

I think it’s important to remember when we played UCF, Rocco had Noel open for a TD which would have e made it 21-7 and set the tone for the game, but instead we through a pick 6 instead and made it 14-14. My point is we should have killed them like byu is doing.

Kind of a sick joke to force the end of Ole Miss OU game for those tuning in for BYU UCF just listen to them lament how difficult it is to play in the SEC
During the OU/Ole Miss game they put a graphic up about the playoffs and it had ISU, BYU, Ole Miss (and a fourth school I can't remember). The announcer repeatedly said "well, we haven't covered either of those teams..." (referring to ISU and BYU) "...and I'm looking forward to seeing how they...blah blah blah".

I'm thinking...you're a college football analyst and you seem to have no idea what any Big XII team even looks like. It's week 9!

Yep. That was what would have made a loss frustrating. We looked like the better team for 99% of the game aside from a couple massively damaging moments.

bunch of ******* idiots at northwesterm. what are you sitting in the pocket like that for in the endzone?

Ucf not going for it on 4th and 1 at the 50 is still killing me.

It's a lot easier to win when you score first. Hopefully ISU starts taking the first quarter more seriously.

They weren't good last week for a lot of the game but, they're 7-0.

I can think of several 'fast starts' from ISU through the years that didn't mean much.

ISU's season so far is a strong case of what one play or sequence can do to a game (or season sometimes).

Also we were ripe for an off game. Kind of like BYU struggling to beat OSU last week.

I won't be surprised if UCF makes this interesting.

They're kind of a sandlot team that plays sloppy but can put enough things together if given the chance.

The guys calling the TCU Tech game… woah. I only listened to them for the WV game. Are they normally like this for our home games? I thought Brando was better than this. It’s like they’re high.

If their staff had any balls like byu coaches it’d probably be tied.
