Until KU benches Daniels I won't expect them to improve too much, but Jason Bean isn't walking down that tunnel so who knows if that'll help.

Even then, Dave Aranda fired Jeff Grimes in the offseason because keeping him on would mean everyone gets fired this season, and he's now calling plays for Kansas. Clearly that's gone well.

Didnt realize the sec has 6 of the top 7 teams ranked. That will work itself out hopefully but that really sucks for perception.

Hoping BC beats mizzou today.

Part of me wishes K-State woukd have gotten their butts kicked, but there's also part of me that remembers how arrogant some of the Pac-XII fans and media were and I'm like "Welcome to the Big XII *******!"

Yeah personally I want the PAC schools to struggle in conference. ASU is the only one I’m holding a grudge with.

I get the whole parity thing, games being exciting and every game matters. We can still have that BUT at the same time have 1-3 teams that win all of those great games. It’s just a reality that having a couple of teams with 11 wins or similar is better than a bunch of 8-9 win teams.
Right. Parity is good. But good parity = any team has the ability to win 10 to 11 games each year. Like the NFL. Most teams any year could be competitive (or have a path to competitiveness). It’s not just the same teams year after year. This is what the SEC has kind of done and B12 needs to strive for.

Bad parity = all the teams are 6-3, 5-4, 4-5 each year. Bad parity signifies a mediocre league. Like the NFC south or the Big 10 West. Where all the teams are equally mediocre and 1-2 teams are dreadful.

Unless this Saturday has lots of big upsets, these games are nowhere near as interesting as last week. The pac 2 revenge rivalries are the only thing I’m interested in unless I see some upset brewing.

Utah has the worst people but may be the best chance to bring some prestige/multi bids. Conflicted. ASU is scraping by, better than their dead last prediction but agree I wouldn’t mind seeing them lose the way they turned nose up at big 12.

Arizona fans had been wanting to join Big 12 since before USC left the pac. Really easy for me to want them to beat ksu last night. Sucked they got killed but it was predictable with the turnover they had that they might be overrated. I’m not concerned w Rising health because Utah has been good without him too.

Someone still bandwagoning on Colorado/Deion…that’s a weird person and I was a fan of him as a player.

Any of you listen to “blitz” on varsity app? It’s really great for a busy Saturday when ISU isn’t playing. Basically college football radio version of NFL Red Zone for free. I have it on and go for a hike, errands, fix stuff around house, never have to flip channels or check scores for upsets.

Really sad about the slow start for KU, I'm pretty broken up over it*.

Surprised the KU has two loses already, they are struggling with the expectations of bing really good this season, hope it continues.

Hate KSU, but I love their offense, I really wish ISU would allow Becht to run like Johnson did last night, it just adds a totally different flare to the game when the QB is running the ball effectively.

The KSU offense is great until it hurts the QB, then it’s not. ISU has had running QB’s before and it seems that less than half make it through the season. I like to have that ability in the offense, but only use it in big games that you need the extra weapon. KSU was up 21 in the fourth quarter still running their QB. That’s the stuff I don’t understand. It just takes one bad read for your QB to get blown up and hurt. Which, for most teams will kill your season aspirations real quick.

Apparently Lance’s wife tweeted this week ******** about the Kansas fans not buying tickets to the game. And it was fairly personal saying something like “imagine if we were at a place that sells out”. She deleted it but it’s not going over well with the fanbase tonight.
In the words of Jean-Luc Picard, "MAKE IT SO!" (And pray that a Charlie Weiss-type of coach takes over).
