***2022 Week 8 CFB Games Thread***

Someone with Twitter needs to call out Tim Brando. I like Tim but he is forgetting about Purdy.
Well he made it sound like none of those schools recruited him and TCU found a diamond in the rough which is not at all the case. They just won the recruiting battle against a lot of schools.

2 top 10 teams won and had field rushes today lol Normally I'm all for them (see Tenn top 10 beating higher top 10 Bama) but man that's a weird look.

Quarterback no longer playing football. Duggan got a stupid roughing called for him when the dude let up and happened to push the QB instead of tackling him when he barely got the ball off.

What the hell are the defensive players supposed to do? I would not necessarily be against going to flag football. It would be much safer and I think it could be just as exciting, but if they are going to play contact, play contact and quit with the touchy crap.
I want to see you start a new thread on the feasibility of flag football.

I don't like to be ridiculed that much. I'm just saying IF we want to make it safe, that's kind of the direction we are going. IF you are allowef to cream QB when he has the ball, we neec to determine how much time needs to elapse AFTER they pass the ball that you can't touch them, cause it seems to be getting shorter and shorter.
