Never like kicking a FG to go up 6 late in a game, although with 4th and 12, it makes more sense than inside the 5 yard-line. Payback for Coach Brown (even though I was rooting for UNC), I suppose.
I wish they would change the rule if the ball gets fumbled into the end zone and it goes to the other team. Why can’t it just go back to the fumble location? Or put it on the 10 yard line?
Why does the defense get the ball and as a touchback?
If the ball goes out of bounds, anywhere else, the offense still retains it. Dumb rule .

A game ending penalty against a guy for running his mouth and talking garbage after the play... shocker.
Lot of hate for PJ Fleck on CF but got to like how he sat Mohamed Ibrahim in the 2nd half so he won't get hurt. Missed his senior year with a ruptured Achilles tendon or he would have been NFL this year. Cool that he elected to play in the bowl game but also cool the coach didn't tempt fate and sat him down after he played 1st half and had a TD.
Edit: Now seeing that Ibrahim's broke the Gopher career rushing yards record. Makes even more sense now that he sat after that.
