Anyone that is going to the ISU game tomorrow could have essentially went a day earlier and went to both opening day and Sweet 16. That would have been a fun trip.

Didn’t challenge what would’ve been strike 3 to end the inning and ended up leading to 2 extra runs.

Giving up 10 runs on opening day vs the Nationals with the wind blowing mostly in is brutal. Only 161 more games to go!
Pitching was abysmal today. 10 ******* runs to one of the worst lineups in baseball with the wind blowing in.

I think he didn’t want the added pressure on Horton plus with the shaky weather he wanted him Saturday where he could assure an uninterrupted start. April is probably going to be up and down until CC figures out who he can count on. Right now if we needed a quality start I’d take Rea over anyone other than Cade.
