What's streaming that's good TV/movies

I didn't think it dropped until tomorrow, but randomly turned on AppleTV and the new Cape Fear series first two eps are available. Critics are raving about it...i wasn't sure after the trailer. But holy **** the first ten minutes are...something. Oof.

Couple things on Netflix: Marty a Martin Short doc and Remembering Gene Wilder which leaves Netflix June 12th.

The back end of the Gene Wilder one you will need some tissues.

Widow's Bay fans...this week's episode was fantastic (like all the others). But it solidified my stance that the actress that plays Patricia needs to be up for all the awards. She's so ******* hilarious.

I love how the writers lean into the trope (the Final Girl being chased by the monster, boogey man, serial killer, etc.) and then completely subvert it (Patricia does all of the RIGHT things instead of what the typical Final Girl does in these stories).

Thought there was a general movie thread for the year but I guess not so I'll post it here. The new Scary Movie is phenomenal.

I'm going to have to see it again because there was so much I missed from laughing so hard.

We watched episode 1 tonight, and yeah, they nailed the vibe on this one so far.
