There is a lot of burn out in many concessions/catering operations jobs. We have gone through a ton of GMs at our catering/concessions partner's operation. They have a lot of pressure, a ton of hours and not a lot of margin for not making a target profit even if it is beyond their control.Levy is not a good concessions company.
