Yes and no. It was a big call but you had another.20+ in game time to get it back. It wasn't what cost them. A basket and a stop negate that. Florida made the plays when they needed and Houston didn't.
Which will change 20 times in the next 20 weeks.
I think I got it now. Even though Sharp hadn't dribbled yet, you must start your dribble before lifting your pivot foot. So once Sharp jumped in the air, he had lifted his pivot foot and needed to shoot it or pass it. If he tried to dribble it, that would be a travel. So technically when Sharp jumped in the air and released the ball, that was a pass. And you are not allowed to catch your own pass. That is also a travel.

They still had 20+ minutes to get it back. It's not like it was the last 2 minutes or something. Houston's studs disappeared when it mattered and that's why they lost
ESPN Play by Play ruled that last play as a turnover on Sharp. I was wondering if they might have ruled it as a missed shot. Instead it was a pass that was stolen by Florida.

I know that Houston had kind of an ISU nut cup finish to that game. But I really don't like the Florida coach. Golden deserves to get punched in the face. You get beat for most of the game and barely win and come out bragging like your team won in a 30 point blow out. What an ass wipe. Sorry Houston, you were sooooo close. Hate to see this coach with the national title. He acts like a ******* frat boy on too much coke.
You shut his ass up by beating him. I know what your're saying but they won. "If you can do it, it ain't bragging" as the saying goes. And nobody was talking about Florida this year really even though they were 1# seed. You heard Auburn, Tennessee, Alabama, and just about everyone but Florida and they pulled it off. I've never seen a team accomplish what they have while getting so little of recognition honestly. I was really surprised how much better they were than Auburn honestly. I mean I realize it was a good game but they were better in every area and I think most of us(including me) thought Auburn was the team to beat.

Idk man, that was objectively bad. They didn’t even get a shot off at the end they were so rattled.
