I don’t understand. Lipsey shows some aggression with a nice drive to the basket, then hits the free throw and is taken out of the game. We needed his attitude to continue the momentum change.

Can people please quit talking about ISUs defense? It is t good without Gilbert and Tamin at 75% Heise is a nice defender, but everybody else on the floor isn’t that good defensively.

ok what we are doing now isn't working, we need def energy, and we need stops. We need to make an adjustment right now, or the season is over. Try something else. Zone, bring in Watson, do SOMETHING to change the momentum.

We have one thing no matter who is playing or how the game is going.

When it became apparent that Kelderman would get all the 8th man minutes over Watson, I knew this season would end sooner than we all feared.

We just don't have the athletes unfortunately. Got some size and length but just too slow and unathletic without Gilbert and Lipsey injured

This is what happens when you have to play a walk on in the ncaa tourney

No reason to. Jefferson and Jones can bring the ball up the court. Watson is very long and athletic. Might help against an SEC team. But you won't see him.
