Need 7 right here, playcalling was great the first few drives, we really had them off balance, hopefully we can get back in that groove, then you just need one stop and it's a ball game again.

ASU started blitzing or stunting and had their ears pinned back. ISU has been a miss up front on offense the last two possessions.

Matt Campbell has his strengths.

His biggest weakness is playing not to lose instead of playing to win.

There’s no scenario where you allow ASU to get the ball back with 2 minutes left in the half. Instead, we get some of the most listless, dog sh*t offensive playcalling possible.

There are so many instances of listless, pointless offensive possessions this season.

This is what i was worried about with this game. ASU resembles Iowa, and Campbell is coaching this game the same as he has every year against iowa. Conservative.

Man I love CMC as he has truly take this program to another level. I want a championship so bad though. You just can’t freaking not be able to manage a clock on a championship game. We gifted them a chance to go up 14 and then crapped the bad on even taking a shot before the half ended.

No...they aren't. They (like us) are going to get destroyed in the playoff. They are completely one dimensional.

For the Heacock lovers: why does everyone love a guy that runs a 3 man front against teams with outstanding running games? It doesn’t work and he doesn’t make adjustments. ASU only got better as the game went on because Heacock is too stubborn to change anything.

Saban says ISu should come out in an 8 man front and stop thje run. said cant tackle scattebo low--hes too thick. need to hit him high. Saban was an elite defensive coach before he became head coach. he knows a few things.

Only reason to not try is Rocco can’t get the ball to the endzone from the 50. Entirely possible.

Then run something else. I don't know. Trying something when you're down 2 TDs in a title game is better than pushing it to the 50 and just giving up
