Demarion Watson

I’ve said like 30 times in the last week Watson isn’t in the rotation haha. I’m not sure how that’s vague.

You said the reason he wasn't in the rotation wasn't because of the toe, insinuating it's something else.

You didn't just say he wasn't going to play tomorrow, you said he hasn't been out of the rotation due to injury. That was what I disagreed with. He may not be ready for a big role, but his complete absence was due to injury.
Him not playing any meaningful minutes has nothing to do with an injury.

I think I'll take TJ's word on the reason for his absence over yours, thank you very much.

In the first three games when he played, he played pretty much end of game, mop up. That means he played, but he did not appear to be part of the regular rotation prior to the injury. So at the beginning of the season, had these been close games and not 30-40 pt blowouts, it looks like he would've likely had DNPs. He played a few mins, but that's not a rotation guy.

Doesn't mean it won't change. Last year he was in and out of the rotation, but finished the season as a rotation guy. I suppose there's a real definition, but I view rotation guys as no matter what happens, if they are healthy, they're playing some minutes: KG, Tamin, CJ, Jefferson, Jackson, Milan, Chatfield, Heise and Nojus are those guys for the moment. That can change. TJ might tighten up the rotation, he might expand it, and he might swap guys out.

Just heard on the Miller and Condon radio show that Demarion had/has some type of cut on his foot that has kept him on the bench.
