Only 8 two minute rounds as well. I thought initially there was a no knockout rule but it seems this is an official fight and that is scrapped.
I have zero doubt there's a private "understanding" among the two camps going into this, and nobody is going to rock the boat and risk losing a $20 million payday.
Hopefully we see Mike Tyson kill him.
I gotta think the heavy gloves hurt Tyson, but the shorter rounds, and shorter fight, help him. No way his cardio is great at his age.

Paul is all about hype so it's not surprising. It builds the fight up encourages betting and makes the pay off bigger when Tyson throws.
If he actually knocks Paul out I'll be shocked. Not that I don't think it's possible just that I don't think that's what they want the outcome to be.
What a sad day for a once very proud sport. I know it’s not an official fight at all, but it’s sad that most people, myself included, have no clue who any boxer is anymore or when fights happen. Yet my social media is full of people asking which bars will have the fight, who's having a watch party, and debating a match between a YouTube jackass and a 60 year old former great as if it were Ali/Frasier.
If Mike can knock him out he will. You put Mike in a ring and he is not a normal person. It all boils down to Mike being 58 years old.
