And don’t house the belt in a display case in the athletic department. Hang it in the locker room of the winning team for the year. Then, if you lose it, you have to stare at that blank place on the wall every day.

Very VERY few rivalries carry much interest outside their respective fanbases.

This would be so freaking simple get a old JD A or a international h or m paint one side cardinal and gold. The other purple and silver then put the scores of all thr games on a plaque hung on the front and if that fills up add one to the back hitch.

Between the 2 fan bases all the a.d. depts would have to do is approve it the fan bases would have it done in 6 months and for free, more than likely.
