I feel like a lot of people start out this way at the start even if they have one pass and then start to consolidate to one as they are asked to move.

You have two spots though so you are fine doing this. You will probably get asked about 100 times about it as it gets close to game time though.

This is my annual reminder that not everyone can or wants to tailgate. And those that don't and have a parking pass deserve to park before the game as well. So please, PLEASE don't be an ******* and sit or stand in the middle of the aisle and not move if someone is trying to get through.

Also, if your kids have sh*t Saturday AM's, its impossible to get there early. So I agree, don't be an ass hole.

im halfway considering putting a sign in windshield
"yes, we paid for 2 parking passes"

lol
I actually think this is a great idea and also really considerate.

Considering you have two passes, no one should be upset at you for it. But no one will know that unless you tell them. Putting up a sign will be better for everyone.
We always wished we had an extra pass so we could do something similar :)

Actually, I'd probably have the sign say, "We're using two/2 parking passes." Just paying for 2 doesn't mean anything.

im probably overthinking this but looking for opinions

my family and my in-laws each have A3 passes. 2 total passes
looking more likely we will not have grass to tailgate on come Saturday

are we jerks if we put truck in 1 spot and tent in other?
using 1 parking spot per pass

You will look like a jerk, but are within the guidelines. This wouldn't be a problem if they still printed passes. You could hang one from the vehicle and the other from the tent.

You will get less questions if you park a motorcycle in the second spot and then still proceed with your tent, etc...

Yep, some games people are better than others. But it's frustrating. I have a 75 year old dad with Parkinson's and frankly I don't know how long he'll still be able to go to games. A lot of the time he'll still walk to the stadium from his hotel. But that's getting to be a lot and I donate a lot of money for that parking pass, so I want to be able to use them when I need without people acting like I am ruining their day by making them move out of the aisle.

You're all good in my book (make a big funny sign if you have the time to say something along the lines of paying for two parking spots if you're worried about a few "Karen" looks.)

Tape the second pass to a pole leg. The tent now has proof.
Passes are all mobile like everything else.

I initially thought ******* which is what everyone is going to assume and treat you as so I would probably come up with some sort of sign or something but not sure everyone is going to believe you. As long as you are being truthful and can prove it when challenged by officials and otherwise...

Yeah, I’m too old and keep forgetting about that. Already have mine loaded. Before I leave for each game I always asked myself if I have the tickets and parking and then remember they are on my phone.

That’s a good point on the phrasing.

If there isn’t anything showing that they paid for two spots, I don’t think it’s unreasonable for people to think that they just took an extra spot and get annoyed.

Remember your teeth too!

The one thing I noticed about the parking passes this year is that they are like the tickets now. No screen shots. I believe that is different than last year.

To me, this isn't about what others would say, do, or feel. It is about the fact that you would have to deal with it non-stop every week and it wouldn't be worth it to me.

thats my thought exactly
my FIL is steadfast were within our right to do this, and based on responses we are

but i do not look forward to potentially arguing with people all day and pulling out phone to prove myself

when the grass is laid we'll hopefully just go back to parking 2 trucks side by side and backing up and tailgating in grass

Regardless if they paid for 2 or not, there's absolutely no way you can prove (to average Joe or parking enforcement) that you haven't already used the 2nd pass to get a car in...

I've seen the parking people make people move tents/chairs/bags/etc out of extra spots. Not sure if showing them your pass on your phone (that may or may not be used) will keep them from making you move.

I still think you will have grass this week...
