That was me that said that but after watching this game Wash St doesn’t scare me at all. And I haven’t watched DeVries much before but wasn’t overly impressed tonight but maybe just an off night.

Knock on wood, that's the same thing I took from their game. SDSU doesn't look that different from WSU, aside from them being a little bigger.

Final thoughts on day one:

1. Great win by the Cyclones. The fact that it didn’t feel like we were totally on and still won going away is a good sign.

2. Bad day to be a 6 seed.

3. Selfishly glad Drake and BYU are gone.

4. No idea why Drake barely used Devries in the last couple minutes.

5. 12 hours is A LOT of basketball.

6. Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow.
