This absolutely blows. Super happy for the guy, but sucks for the clones… guess the MBB team will have to win tonight to get us all felling good again.

What is the source for this story? C-Dubs hasn’t said anything yet?

Nate didn’t give any hints at the We Will event.

Nate S and Veidt are some definite losses this offseason. No way around it.

Glad/thankfully we return so much on field production. Will definitely help soften the blow.

3 years ago you probably had a point. Not so much anymore.
Not sure what you mean by that. Employees will leave companies all the time. The better companies will lose an employee because they helped develop the employee’s skills to the point where the employee has larger aspirations which the current company can’t provide.

Companies that struggle will often have a difficult time to train/develop their talent, have bad culture, and the employee decides to leave for a lateral position.

OK Lets get a big name OC now
Not to single you out here, but at this point in college football and with how the game has shifted, I hate that this is the immediate reaction. The whole “big name” thing is so outdated and dumb.

Outside of ISU, Nate S wasn’t a “big name OC” and look how that turned out (really well). I would much rather grab some younger guy, similar to Nate, who is a rising star with new and forward facing offensive ideas, than some older more well known guy.
