I like the idea for the clinic being there. Brings in a business that has a consistent revenue stream. I’m sure it will be a big benefit for the athletes and fans that need urgent care on Gameday

The clinic is great, year long customers, just kinda unfortunate it's in a prime spot, oh well.

Guessing they just wouldn't offer many (if any) weekend services during the 6-7 football home gamedays. I'd imagine they could block off some spots for appointments during BBall games, not like we fill all the lots for those anyway.

This whole project probably only got the go ahead because McFarland got on board at the planning stages. Without them committing, there is no Cy-town.

I’m still hoping a hotel/convention space is in the works. That would solidify the area for a long time and potentially really rejuvenate the ISC.

I believe that is in the long term plan. I think the Hilton refresh is the next major project

800 patients could easily mean double that in people if its spouses/visitors/deliveries. Easily.

I'm not doubting him, but 800 patients a day seems like a huge number, especially for a clinic that would fit in CyTown. I haven't been to McFarland clinic in probably 20 years (used to go there for allergies/asthma), but I would have guessed 800 is more than their primary location. Again, not doubting him, just surprised.

I doubt him. His use of #s in a lot of this is odd, at best, such as the idea of an increased # of parking spots.
Any estimate that includes convention business, whether this or that other development on Lincoln Way, is worth being skeptical about. That sounds like it's the easy way right now for developers to cash in on something the developments can't deliver.

He said McFarland was the only way they could pay for repaving the lots? Is that true? Seems like this whole operation is on a knife edge if so.
