Thailand BK burger

American Cheese used to be a higher quality, delicious, creamy, low-melting point cheddar/Colby mix that came in nice chunks. Today's plastic-wrapped singles are an abomination to the name "American" and cheese.
Yeah the singles pretty much are not that different than the plastic its wrapped in. Like, if you found out it was made from silicon or distilled from crude oil, would you be super surprised?

That said, I will put one on an egg sandwich to help melt it all together.

Doesn't it say "cheese food" on the package because it technically isn't cheese?

True. To be cheese it has to be mostly dairy and made of cultured curds. But, the "American Cheese" food product used to be of better quality and not garbage.
I've even noticed some "ice cream" now says "frozen dairy treat" instead.

There are some pretty strict rules about what you can and can't call ice cream. Ice cream is different than soft serve, which is different than ice milk, which is different from other frozen items. There's a reason you never hear them say "Ice cream" in a Dairy Queen commercial.

There's a guy I with with who would probably order 2 of them at a time. I swear, all this guy eats is cheese. We traveled together for company business, went to a nice restaurant, and he got 2 orders of the fried mozzarella sticks as his main. For dessert, he got cheesecake.

Eating a grilled cheese while under the influence of soft drugs is amazing. This looks terrible though, plus BK is pure trash.
