Looks like they will not update Heisman odds until after all the CCGs are played, even though, as the title suggests, USC & Caleb Williams has lost to Utah twice. But I thought I's post it anyway due to their write up on the Big 12 CCG:

Max Duggan vs Kansas State – Big 12 Championship Game
Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports
A weekend of rematches also provides us with Max Duggan getting a second crack against the Kansas State Wildcats. When these two teams last met, back on Oct. 22, the stakes were a bit lower. However, Duggan thrived at Amon G. Carter Stadium, posting 280 passing yards with three touchdowns and a 72.3 QBR.
It was one of the few bad performances by the Wildcats’ defense this season. Through 12 games, Kansas State ranks 19th in average quarterback rating (119.8) with opponents completing just 59% of their pass attempts and averaging 220.9 yards per game through the air.
Of course, Duggan is just a Heisman Trophy finalist right now. In order for him to have a shot at winning the award, he must have the performance of his life and Williams to commit multiple turnovers in a loss to Utah.
That’s precisely what happened on Friday. Williams still performed well and would have our Heisman vote, but the door is now open for Duggan to at least make a case on the national stage with Heisman voters watching closely.
