I'm sure CMC says plenty of things behind the scenes and these coaches have all sorts of petty issues within their circle but I doubt he'd do that publicly especially coming off a 7-6 season with its own problems.

I would imagine our coaches say things like that to each other. I think when there aren't outsiders around, Campbell is pretty off the cuff - or at least I've heard that from people around the program.

Think back to that video Hall leaked out after the Fiesta Bowl where he says "you just beat the sh*t out of Oregon!"

Campbell isn’t going to say that to a media entity even if it is “anonymous”. He most definitely would say that behind closed doors.

Still not seeing all this supposed "talent" Texas has every year. Didn't they just have zero players drafted to the NFL? They get good recruiting classes. That doesn't mean they have talent. There's a difference.

CMC would definitely say stuff like this behind closed doors. I remember the camera catching him saying something like, "they think they're so ******* smart" or something like that on the sideline against Iowa back in 2019.
