It was in Lawrence. Get with it.He beat a 1-11 KU team and a 0-12 KU team. So which one of those were good? He didnt play in the game against them in 2014 or 2013

I am so confused by what you are saying here, he had a good game against an awful KU team at KU. I was at the game, that KU team was awful. It was in Lawrence. Get with it.

He was a headcase on the field and had zero confidence in himself
You are correct about KU at that time. They had gotten so much better, then fell off a cliff. That was a very important game for ISU and Sam was electrifying in that contest. Just don’t like the criticizing of good young men on this site.your confidence would be shaken too if you had THAT OL... dude had 2 seconds IF that.
Plus the handling of quarterbacks during that time at ISU was very frustrating. Okay, moving on.You are correct about KU at that time. They had gotten so much better, then fell off a cliff. You are definitely confusing him for someone else. He was as steady as anyone on the field. He was a headcase on the field and had zero confidence in himself

He was on pace to be one of the most accurate QBs we'd ever had. I believe up until him, Arnaud was the most accurate QB for a season at just over 60 percent completion rate. His completion percentage his sophomore year was 61.6 percent, which set the school record at the time, since broken by Kyle Kempt (.667) and then by Purdy last year (71.74). Arnaud never hit the 60 percent mark again in his career but he was close, 58.7 percent as a junior and 59 percent as a senior. I think Arnaud also had the record for career completion percentage, but I'm not certain about that.It is a little sad - kid was a perfectly serviceable quarterback that got completely ruined by some....unique....coaching.
Interesting. I am curious who voted us #1.I would have guessed #5, not sure what anyone sees in KSU.
It's hilarious there is one guy that thinks this is finally Texas's year.
Not what I would've expected to see this season, that's for sure. Quite the pair to receive a first place vote, yet finish in the bottom half overall.Interesting. I am curious who voted us #1.
Sam was pretty tough to stay in there with how bad that Oline was. He was getting murdered every game.Man, I feel so bad for Sam Richardson. Imagine if he didn't have 4 coordinators (including one probably actively sabotaging the team) in 4 years and all the hits.
