Did he though or was he just making an overall comparison based on size? Their games don't align whatsoever so I highly doubt he was making a side by side comparison.

Who compared him to Steph Curry?

I give up. JFC.
I think when describing undersized guards it's fair to put 6'2" into that category. That comparison doesn’t make sense either. Steph Curry is 6’2”. Tyrese is listed at 6 ft. They are not the same size.

Not saying it doesn't make a difference I'm just saying if you'd ask to name undersized guards in the NBA right now I'd certainly put players that are 6'2" into that category. From there you can dive into the actual heights.Big difference. 6 ft. Is severely undersized. 10 players in the whole league. 31 players are 6 ft. 1 inch. Even an inch makes a difference. Only 9 players under 6 ft.
OK split the difference. Did any guy I mention fit into your 6-1 range?Big difference. 6 ft. Is severely undersized. 10 players in the whole league. 31 players are 6 ft. 1 inch. Even an inch makes a difference. Only 9 players under 6 ft.
Kyle Lowry isn't very big. Steph isn't big and he's the greatest shooter ever. Jalen Brunson isn't big and he's going to get a huge contract.
I was going add in Cameron Payne to my size comps
Gary Payton II
Really? 2 inches is a difference maker? How about physical characteristics like quickness, leaping ability, wingspan, etc.Big difference. 6 ft. Is severely undersized. 10 players in the whole league. 31 players are 6 ft. 1 inch. Even an inch makes a difference. Only 9 players under 6 ft.

If Tyrese doesn't make the NBA, it isn't going to be because of his height. It's because of his shooting, ball handling or assist/turnover.
Count your blessings it could haveJust when I thought this thread couldn't get any worse...
:I was going add in Cameron Payne to my size comps but thought that could be a Prohm rabbit hole
Height can be a difference maker- but not at PG. Is Monte a liability at 6'2".Those things as well. Height is a difference maker In basketball. 10 players in the NBA are 6 foot. 9 players are under 6 foot in the NBA.
Probably going to have to wait for Pollard to break the news on the dollar amount, just as he did with TH having an agent.Anybody know how much he got?.....
Honestly when I was watching that game I was wondering if Miami would even make the playoffs without Butler.Listening to game 7 of the East Finals on the radio and all I could think about was that Seinfeld episode whenever the announcers said anything about Jimmy Butler. Jimmy taking it to the hole. Jimmy hitting his free throws.
