Don't think we'll see it. Huggy seems to be much less animated this last year or two.
Probably a good thing as he's heart attack city with how he keeps getting bigger and bigger.

I feel like we win tonight.
I am not sure we shoot it as well tonight as we did Saturday. But well enough to win, plus refs call fouls on WVU at Hilton. WVU I don't think has quit on Huggins, but I'm not sure he gets a full 40 out of them once the tides start to turn. I'll be watching for a close 1st half and maybe even a close first 30 minutes with our guys pulling away late. 73-61 good guys.
- Third game in five days for WVU
- Haven't won a road game in the league this year
- Only win in last 13 or so games is against us when we played arguably our worst game of the year
- They hit 50% from three and made 25 free throws against us...i don't expect those numbers again
- They are dead in terms of NCAA at large so only role is playing spoiler
WVU has lost 11 of their last 12. Their only win recently was a pretty dominating performance against ISU. Perfect time for a frustrated WVU to shake things up and give us a different look in hopes for a face-saving sweep of our Cyclones. Preparation leading up to this one is probably a little more difficult for that reason, and it has me somewhat worried.
“The guys who didn’t give us what we expect them to give us are going to sit their butt over on the bench and watch the guys that do compete,” Huggins said. “If they open their mouth on the bench I’m going to send them home.”
Following the loss to the Horned Frogs, Huggins denoted the struggles of several on the roster in regard to their +/- during the game reading off several totals that were deeply in the red.
“We were outscored by that much the time they were in the game,” Huggins said. “How do you win?”
“Obviously we maybe are playing the wrong guys,” he said. “I’m not sure.”
“Sometimes there’s tremendous good in addition by subtraction. You don’t want to do that you try to give everybody a fair shot, a fair break,” Huggins said. “But sometimes it has to come down to let’s do like we do in the real world.”

When we played them at their house we had just had a stretch of playing Kansas at home, flying to Austin to play Texas then flying to West Virginia 3 days later. That's tough to do.
They are facing the same situation tonight. Played KU at home, Flew to TCU and now in Ames 3 days later.
I think we will have the upper hand and win tonight.
