This joke has been done well before NFL Memes posted this. Everyone needs to go check the comments to this tweet. Several idiots actually believing this is real and are outraged about it. I fear for the future of the human race that we have people this gullible and dumb.

I wanted to give your post a rating, but I couldn't decide among: "Funny/Ha-Ha" (for the Tweet content); "Like/Agree," because you're spot-on about people who can't grasp satire; or "Dumb," due to said people.

The pro bowl is such a joke.

What is the actual tacking rule? Is there a rule, or just kind of an "understanding???"

Catch a 4-yard pass you're pretty much guaranteed to get 10-15. I'd love to see a linebacker actually tackle someone hard.

I just tuned into the game. Haven't really paid attention to it for years. Is this a new thing to not tackle?

I don't really care, but WTH? Why even play?

I don't usually watch either, but when I have it was never like this. I'll probably watch a little bit of it. But it is kind of hard to be honest.

Because it makes money. Period. End.


It's not a fun game to watch. The players don't care. But enough people watch it that it makes money, and that's the only reason why it continues.

If they required tackling in the pro bowl nobody would play in it, too much downside now with no upside if injury is a possibility.

True. Well I did wind up watching it all the way thru, after I turned it on late in 2nd Qtr.. I have to admit, it was still somewhat entertaining.

I wasn't watching real close tbh, doing other things. It was OK and is what it is.

I don’t think I could watch the whole game, but in bits and pieces it’s fun.
