Let me know if any of you get to the Lazy Drinker site. I've had someone I sent a link to have a problem before but they got there eventually.
In the early 80's I was at The Agora in New Haven Ct. They had something similar. I'd ask for a scotch & soda and they would put ice in the glass and put it under the spout and hit a button.
That was the same night I saw Twisted Sister for like $1 or $2.

Can do. You've twisted my arm. She gets an A.
I wish she would be taking a history class but I'm pretty sure it's all science and Spanish now.

I don't know how they treat their faculty but the admin that we've dealt with at Drake has always been super friendly and generally helpful. Not everything is always completed or communicated perfectly but they seem to be a little better than the U of MN at this point and everything is certainly within what we would deem as being an acceptable tolerance.

I've only dealt with the department chair thus far. I'll be surprised if the HR folks are real difficult.
Seems like most schools are pretty quick with onboarding things.

Simpson is the gold standard so far. William Penn managed the super-quick pace we needed to hit for that short process.
So far, DMACC (Ankeny) is the only one who made that kinda unpleasant and dragged out, but even they weren't real bad.

Since then he has made it Bluetooth enabled so he can run it off of a tablet or an app on his phone. You can also link them together so you can get a god awful number of mixers. Something they don't talk about is the ability to adjust the mix with sliders as well as adjusting the size of the drink.

We take the dumbed down version on RAGBRAI that has a 30 drink menu and requires no outside computing of any sort. It is a lot more robust for the elements. That is the one that you see us pulling on a bike trailer on that other video on the website. No, that isn't me pulling it, but I have and let me tell you, you can feel every rise on the road when you have all that weight behind you.

In addition to the addition (har, har), I'm also getting antsy about our trip (I always do, no matter where we're going). I worry about travel hiccups (like our trip to Okinawa), I worry about the cats (Garf died while we were in Phoenix, Mel died about three days before we left for Washington last month).

I think you're worried about bandit Boxster and your Ipe deck wood.

Urologists' appointment today reached an easy no prostate cancer verdict. Didn't want you RTT peeps to get your hopes up by telling about the appt and having you wasting time talking about divvying up my stuff. . No worries, even though he thinks the chance of me even getting prostate cancer later are low, a stroke is still in play. ;)

I should probably get one of those some day.

After you said your brakes are out on the boxster, Im less excited to pillage. I don’t like wine and driving 2 hours each way for a key lime pie doesn’t sound kike a deal.
