You gotta do it on real low heat because the sweet bread will burn easily, but the Brie gets that perfect combination of melty but not messy.

Cheddar
Mozzarella
Cream cheese (for cheesecake)
Gouda
Brie / Feta / Gorgonzola / Munster... I can’t decide!
