It’s not just about one recruit. It’s about hoping to not build a bad reputation with how you treat other human beings.
Good Lord. Talk about over dramatic.

But it is just one recruit, so why doesn't everyone just ease up on the selective outrage and see if this is a one time issue or a consistent feature of the coaching staff. It’s not just about one recruit. It’s about hoping to not build a bad reputation with how you treat other human beings.
So - Since he wasn’t signed the coaches can’t comment on this. Correct?
Good Lord. Talk about over dramatic.
Wait until they find out who else is leavingSave the freak out for later guys this is not a big deal
Within 2 days of starting a new job you personally contact the lowest priority person in your group and tell them you dont want them after all, or would you use a middle manager to help with the work load? TJ probably doesnt even have his office set up. Most jobs you dont do anything other than paperwork the first day or two. His press conference was 2 days ago.I’ve interviewed over 10,000 people in my management lifetime, taken over new districts/stores countless times. This is how it works, at least for decent people.
So let’s just assume he does. We’ve been led to believe TJ is the best person ever. You’d think he’d realize the value of him talking to the kid.
Look at his other offers, TJ knows he can recruit alot better. We should be competing with Kansas for players
Guys that average 19 points in a Power 6 conference aren't going to a new school based on playing time. That's some delusional expectations if people think TJ will come in and need to get a player of that caliber.
Wait until they find out who else is leaving
Nope!So will the freak out measure about 7' tall on CF......![]()
You'll be happy thenThere is only one player on the current roster who I will be the least bit disappointed if he leaves. Foster. And if it happens, it will be a bummer, but still a small price to pay for moving on from the Prohm era.
Just a heads up there are going to be some questionable moves coming up that make sense behind the scenes but you guys will surely freak out about lol
We’ve known about this since Wednesday. If we knew about it by then, TJ knew about it before. Not that he could have reached out in that time, but he certainly could have drafted a text template to text to them over the course of days since he took over.Within 2 days of starting a new job you personally contact the lowest priority person in your group and tell them you dont want them after all, or would you use a middle manager to help with the work load? I think Rasir is staying but, know I’m not sure. The only two players I’d freak about is Foster and Bolton. You'll be happy then
