Random Thoughts 14: I can see clearly now 2020 edition

Well, THAT was fun.
Taking a shower, hair full of shampoo, water pressure drops to less than half. Fun times, trying to get the shampoo out of my hair!

That would happen occasionally in the past, but we've been off the well and on rural water for over a year now. So after I'm done, Lew changes the filter. Still low pressure. So he called IRWA to check on pressure to the house. Turns out they were doing a "quick flush" of the line that just happened to coincide perfectly with my shower. Fun!

That was last week. This is the annual squash festival.

Turns out she grew up about 7 miles from me. Didn’t connect the last names before, thought it was her married name.

How do I convince Mrs. Velo to get an appointment? She won't do it. I have even asked a couple of years for my birthday - that her getting it done was all I wanted for a present. She won't do it.

I'm guessing you got the easy part done, usually tearing something down means building something back, that's usually the harder part.
