Vice TV started their series Dark Side of the Ring and it started tonight with a 2 part episode about Benoit which also featured and discussed Eddie's passing as well.

He cream pies Steph. He has a job better than commentating for life. This SmackDown is weird as hell. That being said, if this whole executive thing doesn't work out for Triple H, he has a future in commentary.
This whole thing has been one big cluster****. I get them wanting the show to go on but sometimes you just have to say it's not worth the safety of your locker room. I don't why you couldn't just postpone it. Raw and SD without fans is one thing. Your biggest ppv of the year without fans is another thing altogether.
Yeah I'm good with it. It gives a chance for me and some friends to get together and I will enjoy watching it. As said above, no sense in delaying it when you don't know if it will be one month or six.
There's been good and bad which is pretty much how WWE always is. Taking the empty seats out and having hard cam face the stage were both great moves. Cena/Bray segment, Rollins/KO segment, and Edge and Orton's promos were crazy good for having no crowd to feed off.This.
RAW and Smackdown have been painful to watch, I don't know exactly what else they can do, but what they are doing isn't working.

I'm probably being too optimistic but I'm expecting Mania to be pretty good or at least memorable in a fairly positive way. I ***** about their product plenty but I'll give them credit. When the pressures on and their backs are against the wall, WWE usually delivers. The lack of a crowd and pre taping matches are negatives that could be used to their advantage. If they allow themselves to think way outside the box and really take some risks, they could put on a hell of a show or wind up with a ******** but at least it will be worth talking about either way. If they phone it in and just go through the motions, nobody will care.
A group of me up to 5 getting together.
A little off the rails, but if NASCAR can produce a digital race that looks real then have WWE or AEW(not needed) looked into some kind of a digital audience?
Listened to the Chris Van Vliet podcast with David Benoit a while back. He mentioned his sister and basically said she lives a normal life and just doesn’t want to be in the public eye at all. He also talked about how he wants to wrestle but he’s happy Jericho was looking out for him and shut it down because he definitely wasn’t ready. Between that and on the Vice documentary when David said Jericho and Chavo were the only people from WWE to reach out to him after the tragedy, Jericho went from a performer I really enjoy watching to a person I admire and respect. Dark Side of the Ring was a tough watch but totally worth it.I don't think it was posted anywhere, but did anyone see the Dark Side of the Cage: Chris Benoit documentary? I thought it was really well done. I wonder why his daughter wasn't mentioned or participate.
Outside of the obvious main story, I was wondering what Chris's son was up to. Turns out he tried to wrestle for a Canadian promotion 2 years ago and Jericho called the promoter and told him he didn't have enough training and it would be dangerous, which is interesting cause he's a close family friend.
If you haven't seen it both parts are on Youtube on the Vice channel, really well done! Jericho led the production of it.
