Friday OT #2 - All The TP

Know a woman that is bragging about having 110 rolls of TP and so many canned goods her cupboards and countertops are full. If things really turn nasty I’ll give you her address. Yes, she lives alone and no family nearby
The label may say flushable but you may be calling a plumber to unplug your sewer line.
Neighbor said she was going to Publix to get a few things 3 days ago. Did I need anything while she was there? I said get 5 cans of soup and some crackers. I figure if I'm sick I won't want to each much more than that anyway. She went and I haven't heard from her since. I guess she got them but maybe she's hoarding them herself?!?
Well, THAT is s****y timing!
Went to Target today to get a water bottle with a lid for my child to take to daycare, as they're mandating that (which is smart). Walking through the aisles, I saw some gal with THREE of those huge, 36-roll packages. A gal at the self-checkout and I were talking, and I had mentioned it. She said, "Yeah, she's only getting out of here with one of those, we're not letting people do any more than that." God bless her!
Seriously it’s a control thing with the TP of buying excessive amounts, they can’t control this pandemic so they can control item buying so they do it.
Well hopefully she'll donate a bunch of it to the food bank before it expires but I'm guessing she's not that kind of person.
I've been going to Walmart the last 3 days. It has been interesting to see the decline on certain items. Pasta, rice, dried beans were going in addition to the TP, sanitizer, bread from before.
Now more staples are being hoarded. I hope the supply lines for some of these items stays intact, because it could get ugly if not.
