Son just saw one of his old teammates just signed as a walk on at Iowa. Iowa coaches must have been doing some massive drugs to even let him walk on, son said he was so bad at the position he will be playing that my son was forced to change the defense when it was signaled in to mask his deficiencies.

Hey somebody has to be the live tackling dummy.

His problem is he thinks athletics are black and white. If you are told to run to spot X and then cut up field carrying the ball, he will run into the back of his blockers even if there is a five yard hole next to it. Anal retentive on things.

The other bad part is, he would be eligible for several scholarships most likely. Can’t take them when you are a walk on.

St Elsewhere was probably before your time for David Morse, but I kind of thought everyone had seen Band of Brothers (McDonough as Lt Buck Compton, the LT who went crazy) & Armageddon (Fichtner as Col Sharp, the commander of the shuttle).

Morse was also in "The Green Mile" with Tom Hanks.
Buck didn't go crazy. He suffered from PTSD before that term even existed. Back then it would have been called shell shock.

Morse also had a cameo as the toothless ex CIA agent imprisoned for selling arms to North Korea in World War Z. He really had an impactful role as Mike Webster - the CTE suffering ex NFL player in Concussion.

Fichtner had memorable roles in The Perfect Storm and Blackhawk Down. But none of his scenes are probably as memorable as this one:

Yeah, I worded that poorly. I was in a hurry. :( PTSD is most definitely NOT "going crazy". Mea culpa.

I don't know whom you're working for, but I know of a company that is not able to pay an invoice for 65-75 days after the invoice is submitted. This is often delayed by the person not getting the invoice submitted on time or correctly. It's just their policy. :(

Could you ask him if he could ask the payor to be pay him sooner?

Our standard is net 60 but payroll is a different issue IMO.

I made a new JLH gif the other day, I'm not sure when it'll come in handy but it was too good to pass on.
