I trust in Prohm to get us to double digit wins, go state.

Ah, I see Prohm gets no credit for Shayok turning into a sensation. I'm sure he would've gotten all the blame if he ruined him, though.
The GREAT coach that never got us last the Sweet 16 at our height and flunked out of the NBA in short order, and is now at one of the worst P6 programs ever? That GREAT coach?
Not at all. Open looks all game. Open looks by our best shooters. Shot selection was good, movement without the ball was good, ball movement was good. A mediocre shooting team wins this game. Got great looks all game vs an elite defense.Didn't get to see the game, but let me guess: we had four guys standing around on offense while one dribbled around and chucked a three toward the end of the shot clock? Or maybe an occasional ball screen and that was the extent of the offense?
People rating this post optimistic clearly haven’t watched OSU and KSU this year. OSU has a shot at going 0-18. They are the worst they’ve ever been. They struggle hitting 45 point mark every single game. This is coming from someone who’s been down about our team all year.Oklahoma State will for sure lock down last place for us. Kansas State is also worse than us.

They'll just take a troubled grad transfer and get to the second weekend easily.I think I saw somewhere that NU will struggle again next year, presumedly. I guess he can't just reload there and carry on like the good old days?
Speaking of being unable to reload, KSU... should've just taken a grad transfer. Would've won another B12 Title that way.People rating this post optimistic clearly haven’t watched OSU and KSU this year. OSU has a shot at going 0-18. They are the worst they’ve ever been. 1. Yes, that's like saying Fran gets credit for Jordan Bohannon being a good free throw shooter when he's been good at it his whole life.Ah, I see Prohm gets no credit for Shayok turning into a sensation. I'm sure he would've gotten all the blame if he ruined him, though.

We did not bring in a grad transfer. You're thinking of the normal transfer who won a coin flip against the NCAA and got awarded a waiver.
Steve Kerr looks brilliant this year too.1. Shayok got himself drafted into the NBA by being able to show off his offensive skill that he couldn't do under Tony Bennett.
2. Fred didn't have a roster full of stud transfers his first year in Ames either. And yes, Fred is a GREAT coach. That is why he was offered the job at Golden State before they offered it to Steve Kerr. That is why he ended up coaching in the NBA and coached in the NBA Playoffs. That is why coaches all around the country wanted to learn from him.
I thought the offense movement was actually pretty solid most of the game.
Isu just couldn't buy a bucket.
Hali's 0-7 really hurt
They ran the weave a lot this game again, which did produce some decent looks. Actually hitting them was certainly a challenge.Didn't get to see the game, but let me guess: we had four guys standing around on offense while one dribbled around and chucked a three toward the end of the shot clock? Accepting mediocracy won't either.******** about it won't win games either.
Keep ********, it does the same.Keep making excuses. It won't win games, unless you're going for morale wins.
Keep accepting failure, because that sure as hell won't do anything.Keep ********, it does the same.
Steve Kerr looks brilliant this year too.
(Yes I know theres injuries but it shows much the players have to do with winning in the NBA)
You seem unflinching to use your love of Fred as a measure for hate against Prohm, no?1. Yes, that's like saying Fran gets credit for Jordan Bohannon being a good free throw shooter when he's been good at it his whole life.
2. I think you're forgetting a certain player who broke his foot a certain year. Also, Larry Brown would've gotten fired from the Bulls with that front office and roster, so quit using your love for Prohm as a measure for hate against Fred.
Keep accepting failure, because that sure as hell won't do anything.
