Hoiberg to Huskers

Smart. The NBA teams can afford whatever. Might as well get paid when he jumps back to the league in a few years. We should have done the same.

While I agree with you, NBA coaches are a dime a dozen. I think there might be something to NBA front offices saying “meh...we don’t need Fred if we have to pay some university $5-10 million for his services.”

"I didn't like to f***ing recruit.....But that was then, this is now. Next question. Er, I mean-Go Big Red."

PM me what you want it to be changed to.
I have bitten my tongue on this whole situation, but my hatred for husker fans will rule out. I absolutely hate this. I know Fred is going to coach elsewhere, but so close to home really hurts. He doesn’t owe Iowa State anything, but from a fan perspective this is a slap in the face. Most wont agree but screw him. Prohm wants to be here so I hope he’s here for 20+ years. New mayor.

I'm leaning towards agreeing with this. Fred is now the enemy. It's just business. **** him.

Who never won the Big 12 or made it past the Sweet Sixteen.

Hoiberg's ghost ain't MJ's ghost. Prohm will be fine if folks settle down and let him.

Prohm is his own worst enemy. We could have won that Ohio State game easily if Prohm had had just a little bit of imagination. Does it take much imagination to doulble-team Wesson with Jacobson and Lard? The Prohm defenders naturally retort with "Who would you sit?" THT, who wasn't doing all that much anyway. And I am not talking about the whole game, just a minute here and there, just enough to het into Wesson's head.

These “new mayor in town” tweets by Nebraska fans make me sick. He’s not the Mayor anymore.

Let’s get Nebraska on the schedule this year (in Hilton) and absolutely destroy them. Would do wonders for some of our fans’ state of mind.

Then CF would be pulling for Nebraska ;)

Honestly, we just need to ignore them. Our staff needs to be ruthless on the recruiting trail and needs to make sure every recruit knows that 1) he'll bolt when the next shiny things comes along and 2) he may pretend to love recruiting, but he'll lose interest fast.
