I agree. That was the one thing I liked about getting moved to Houston after spending 5 years in NY was going back to central time. Makes trying to watch anything on TV much easier (especially when you get up at 4 AM)

Last night the son and I went to get a haircut. The wait is 54 minutes so we go to the Chinese restaurant next door to eat dinner. My daughter was in there with her boyfriend. I think she was super-excited to see us.

I said "on accident" growing up. My parents tried to get it out of my system and I don't say it anymore. Now my youngest daughter says it (weird, because she's extremely articulate). Is this a hereditary thing?

We once had three daughters, a female lab, a female cat, a female snake and a male guinea pig named Pumpkin. I'd take him outside with me and let him eat grass and I'd call him Bubba. Sometimes guys just gotta guy.
