Picked up a great teaching approach to incorporate to my supply of strategies.
Z tried to eliminate the ants of the ISU campus.

And now DMACC just needs to finish up their hiring process. I'm driving on like the course is official, because it is, but knowing that it might not be, because that's theoretically possible, but not really, but could go wrong, but won't, but could.

OK, so everybody rags on Fort Dodge (and we probably deserve it), but I just had to share this:

I thought that even though it isn't very professional, it was entertaining. I especially like the guy with the garden hose.

Not bad. I still haven't seen one that tops this one. I wonder how much time they spent putting it together and shooting it. It is pretty amazing.

Yesterday we got to see a real life marriage interaction between Rev and Erik. Today we get to see the inner workings of Erik's thought processes. I feel like we're in Being John Malkovich.

I still don't understand how somebody can dislike ketchup in 'Murica.

Side note: Maybe the biggest pet peeve I have with my family is when we stop at a drive-thru on road trips to get food and we drive off and everybody asks where the ketchup is and they make me go back and get some. I mean, it's OK but it's just ketchup! Can I start telling them that @cycloneG disapproves?

You're not pulling me in to his conversation again. Ketchup is gross. Where are the JLH gifs?

I'm just reporting the way the school communicates with me.
The guy I've intreviewed with continually throws in "assuming things go forward" or "if things go that direction" right along with "you'll need this textbook for the course" and "we're hiring him for this course."

It's really odd. I think they can just go ahead and admit we're doing this. It's just a strange way to deal of communicating.

Do any of the Minnesota RTTers have any advice about parking at Target Field? I'm going to the Twins game tonight and I've never been to one before. Also I will get there probably around halfway through the game since I am going after work if that would make a difference.

I understand it's a different person, but every time I read JLH, it makes me think of my DD. Those were her initials pre-marriage/pre-name change. You better not have any gifs of her...

If you go to Lee's Liquor Lounge and have a drink, they'll let you park in their lot for free and their drinks are pretty cheap. It's only a couple of blocks from the stadium. I guess that's not a great choice if you won't be there until halfway through the game.

Any of the A, B or C lots are really convenient (A & B are a little closer), cost 10-15 dollars and give access to the stadium via skyway. Just remember where you parked because it can be a bit confusing afterwards.

If you're planning on staying downtown after the game, any of the lots or ramps near Hennepin would probably be a bit cheaper and still be only a few blocks away.

A, B & C lots also give you the advantage of being able to get into and out of the ramp without ever having to drive on a surface street since they can be accessed directly from 394.

Caution, 35W is a mess. Avoid it if you can. It might be better if coming from the N, S or W to take 394 & 100 to get around.
