Other then the big CG news, not much happened. Wxman was suffering withdraw symptoms from missing Oshkosh this week. 2015 was in London and went all gambling bug and won money playing poker all the while worrying about his patio farm. The axiom "love isn't real" is still real. Boxster augered in while bike riding but did not die. Some stuff about dalmatian puppy dogs. There were some GTO appearances. KC busy roadtrippin' so not many cat posts. So work related ******** but it was generally quiet enough to make me think people were actually working at work and not sufferin' CF.

I haven't caught up and don't really have time at the moment. Did she have a heifer or a bull calf?

Boxster, I went down twice on the ride as well. Both were when coming to a stop and my clips wouldn't disengage. One one each pedal. I have some maintenance to do. Luckily nothing hurt but my pride and a few bruises. The one on gravel kind of hurt and made it tough to grip the bars the next day because I bruised the heel of my palm. But if that is the worst that happens I am doing pretty well.

With Mrs. Velo pushing 50 and me on the other side of it, I'm pretty sure she would kill me if "something happened".

I really appreciate the speed and consistency of Ole Miss while interacting with this other school.
These guys don't operate with any sense of urgency or predictability. I respond within minutes of their e-mails, then it takes days to get back to me.

This ain't rocket surgery, man. We could have knocked everything out last week.

You need to slow it down some. It's summer and it humid as all heck down there so everybody's moving at a slower pace. And don't talk too fast. The division folks from Vicksburg were always saying I talked too fast.

Ole Miss was fast and efficient. Those guys hammered through with a sense of urgency.
Ankeny is slow.
