Plenty of guys with more speed. Lazard is the better player, and it's really not close.

I thought I heard Mr Irrelevant still gets paid like 70k, so if that's the case then its always better to be drafted. We in better to become a free agent territory yet?
That's just what people say when they want to feel better about not getting drafted. If they're honest, everyone would rather be drafted over not getting drafted at all.We in better to become a free agent territory yet?
I'm not omniscient, and I don't care about UNI, so you're right. Just pointing out that no. 10 was a non-factor against Brian Peavy, just like Miller, just like every receiver Peavy faced last year, excepting James Washington. Lazard is the perfect safety blanket, and blocks well for his teammates to run after catch. Seems his skillset is more unique, and maybe undervalued. Then you haven't been paying attention. Fountain is good, and it is not much of a surprise to see him go before Lazard. Fountain put up insane numbers at UNI's pro day. He's quicker and can do more things after the catch than Lazard. Lazard is very good, but somewhat of limited WR just for jump balls in the redzone more than an every down guy IMO.
He'll get taken soon, and at this point it doesn't matter so much when you get picked, but where you go.
Are we getting to the Joel Lanning is more likely to be drafted than Allen Lazard phase?
Neither.
Not sure what an ISU player has to do get drafted, but this is a huge recruiting blow.
Lazard's a 2nd round pick if he had gone to ND
You say that, but then Johnny Manziel, Brady Quinn, Jamarcus Russell and Josh Allen were all first round picks...Having one of the best kicker/punters in the league is probably more valuable than a team’s 6th WR, who may or may not even make the team.
Not saying that is all Lazard will be, because he was a great college player, but you need to chill the hell out. These guys know a helluva lot more about football than you. Good/great college players go late or undrafted every year, this isn’t a rare/unique circumstance.
It's funny because it's true.Lazard isn't getting drafted and it's solely because he came here.
**** the NFL
