Oh yes, forgot a part. So somehow, the hotel rooms weren't paid by someone ahead of time so dh is like I'm putting this on our card. I find that super amateur. I told him what if you couldn't do that? Said they better have it figured out when they switch hotels later this week.

Hubby usually books his own travel (paid for by the company). He was traveling last week and went to his Hilton app (not the basketball Hilton--ha!) to check in and get an electronic key. Says he has no reservations. He has email confirmation of a room, but it was cancelled. Some assistant was trying to "help" book rooms and somehow it looked like he had no room. So he books a room again, gets his e-key, etc. I asked if everything went okay and he said when he checked in he actually had 2 rooms.

Just watched "Get Out" That was interesting.

In the first half hour I kept wondering how that girl couldn't see that her family was a bunch of weirdos. Then that party started and after a while I started thinking she had to be in on whatever was going on. No one could be that dense about their family and friends

It was pretty good more of a tension than terror movie IMO. I liked the main characters best friend.

Quiet here. My day started by finding and opening a huge box of Thomas the Train engines and tracks that I git for my 2-year old, but forgot to give it to him for Christmas. First thing he did all morning and did not want take a break from playing to eat breakfast until about 11am.

Wife stopped working Saturdays, so that helps with Saturday plans. She went to the gym at 10am and then took my oldest to swim lessons at 12:45. Youngest still playing trains.

Wife and son came back from swim lessons with lunch and we ate. I did dishes from earlier in the morning, Youngest had to be pulled away from his trains to take his nap and I decided it was a good time for a nap for me as well. Woke up, youngest already up and playing trains again.

Got my bag, paddles cleaned up, etc and headed over to the Table Tennis club (my oldest was supposed to go with me, but he changed his mind when he found out wife and youngest were going to the mall). I played for 3 hours (got my ass handed to me) and came back home. Wife and kids came back and I decided to watch the boxing fight since it was late and they were soon going to bed.

To my surprise, I finished watching the fight around 10:45pm and I heard some noise downstairs. You guessed it. Someone snuck out of his room and came out to play trains again. His bedtime is 9:00pm, so my wife took him to the room with her this time to make sure he actually sleeps.

At this point, I'm 200% certain that when I wake up, he will be up already playing with his trains.

Went with Z the other day to Wal-Mart to complete her collection of PJ Masks plushies as a reward for something. They were out of Owlette, so we got Catboy and stumbled into a Catboy plushy chair.

She's pretty proud of her chair. She's also learned 1000 or so new dangerous tricks that led me to the phrase "just make sure not to die" and where my danger thresholds are. But she just loves that chair, so it's all cool, and she's only hurt herself once. That's pretty good.

Also, I'm finding a way to judge you for forgetting the Christmas present. FYI.

Oh, we did give him other Christmas presents. Just happens that I bought these trains/tracks used back in November of last year and cmpletely forgot about them.

The other for his entourage.

Were "given" some older pictures yesterday. There was a picture of me about 4 months after I decided to grow out my bangs.

Oh, the awkward hair.

Spent a good chunk of my early afternoon scraping and chopping ice off the end of my driveway so the snow melt will drain. This is all from my wonderful neighbors driving into my driveway over the top of the snowplow row and turning it into a 3" thick ice glacier. *******.

On the whole I'd totally have preferred to play Thomas trains with Little GTO. Cause toy trains are totes cool.

Sally Field Fest coming up!!! Getting Hyped. Sally: We don't like you....we really, really don't like you. Emoting and Empathizing my ass off.
I haven't seen much sustainability yet embraced in the red carpet events. No prius's

Holy smokes...Jan from Toyota is with child! cool.

Disgraced news fabricator Brian Williams raised his daughter to be a Disney child star and what follows. Nice.

Are Margot Robbie and Jaime Presley the same person? Both good....just dopplegangers.

Trying to be positive as I watch these awful, fake people.

Shawn Mendes back ground loop is pretty cool....nice beat and mix. Michael Strahan is really amazing and looks good.
I wonder where Richard Jenkins lives...that was awkward.
Mathew McConahey.....not as creepy as he is in the buick commercials.
People with english accents are smarter than Americans....I am sure of it.

really? It's not that way with my company at all. You either have a company card or it's paid by an admin ahead of time.
Your company card is billed straight to the company? I had no idea any place did that anymore. The only advantage to a company card for me is it automatically generates an expense line in the expense report. I'm still responsible to pay it.

Kimmel spouting off percentages....what is diversity demographics of late night television hosts? I want Seth Myers to be replaced by Joan Rivers.

Otherwise, he was funny mostly.

That way you can get the hotel room with extra bennies, like a massage with a happy ending. Called the relaxation specialty. You just say it had a softer bed and free wet bar.

so I'm not sure if my first post was clear - DH has to put the hotel on our personal card - not a business card because he doesn't have one. Cause otherwise yeah, when I travel I put stuff on my business card and if for some reason I put a personal expense on it, I wouldn't get reimbursed for that.
