Always let the monkey drive after KC brownies cause driving totally baked is bad.

I experimented with a blondie (brownies with no chocolate) recipe in the brownie bites, and once again, like the first time I made the brownie bites, I overfilled. I had a bunch of blond mushrooms in the first pan.

@GTO what do you recommend for San Antonio must sees? My wife has been there at least once and maybe a couple times, but with four of us new; it will be heavily skewed to what we think is interesting, especially if she goes to her sisters.

Besides, the wife hasn't been there for at least 20 years i know, unless she somehow went there without me knowing.
The best time I've ever had in San Antonio, my wife was along. We had a bit too much to drink one evening and went into a touristy souvenir shop on the Riverwalk. We were trying on all the tacky hats and playing all the annoying noisemaking souvenir things. I'm sure we annoyed everybody else but we had a blast. I'd recommend doing that.

We were down there once with the boys on a ridiculously hot day. We sat at an outdoor table right beside the wall of the river. They brought our beers & some chips. So hot, we drained our beers in about three gulps. I have never drank a beer that fast, before or since, but it was GOOOOOOOOOD!
I accidentally dropped one of the chips in the river, and there was this big swirl and it was gone (saw it out of the corner of my eye). So we dropped another one...same result. Then PapaLew reached down and held one just above the waterline. Here comes the biggest damn crawdad I've ever seen, crawling up the wall. Claw must have been at least 2 inches long...he went to snatch the chip and it broke, and two more crawdads shot up and grabbed the pieces. Place was busy - we ordered a couple more beers & kept feeding the crawdads. When the waiter brought the beers, he brought another basket of chips. I said, "that's okay - we didn't eat the ones we have. Don't waste these on us." He leaned over and said, "boss says feed them as long as you want - all these people stopped & bought beer and are watching you." Up until then we hadn't noticed that a big crowd was around us. When the kids finally rejoined us at our set meeting time (they were teenagers) they couldn't believe we just sat there and fed crawdads. Simple pleasures, man...
