If we knock off two top 5 teams, a top 15 ranking would be more appropriate. But we have some work to do before that.

ISU came in at #24 of Espn's weekly power rankings (one spot ahead of WVU). And moved up to #4 in the Big 12 power rankings

All ranking projections I've seen have ISU in. Guessing we will be at 25 and Michigan drops out.
The loss to the Hoks is really hurting us. We just cant lose to lower tier schools and expect to quickly climb the polls.
KU has a strong case to be #1 on the bottom rankings with their only win against an FCS. 88-0 the past two weeks.
Michigan's offense just has something off this year compared to previous Harbaugh Michigan teams. They seem to have the talent and weapons but they just don't click. It got ugly last night but it was more of a case of their defense being asked to do it all like was often the case with our CPR teams.
It certainly does some damage to the Tavern Hawk "We have nothing to gain playing ISU" when we're far and away their signature win.
If Kansas wins another game this season, it'll be completely by accident. KU does get BU at home, best-case that'll be a 17-point nail-biter, witnessed by hundreds of fans.
To be fair though. They did just play the top two teams in the Big 12 TCU & ISU. That’s right I said it and now ISU, you go prove it.

yes but KK has been fire. Michigan's backup sucks. Normally your backup isn't as strong as the starter.
This is true. Just saying that losing a starter doesn’t necessarily mean your offense will suck. They’ve got lots of issues up in Ann Arbor
We must recruit better than Michigan with our walk on 3rd string QB being better than anything Michigan can throw out there
