I certainly wish him the best. Seemed like a fantastic bench guy and teammate, but this year made it pretty clear that he wasn't likely to see the court, for whatever reason.

Respect to Simeon he kept it real for an entire year when he could have imploded. He'll be good for someone on a lower level. I bet our interest in Lake just went back up.
Good luck to Simeon. I wish things would've worked out better for him here. He seemed like a great teammate. I always loved his enthusiasm.
I wish him all the best and thank him for his team spirit and attitude; it's not fun sitting on the bench. It also bugged me hearing all the Lubbock idiots, sitting near our bench during the game, harass him with taunts about getting suspended.
Why do people keep this narrative going like its some mystery? He's not as good as the other players were at basketball. It's not chemical engineering it's basketball. Don't bash in to the wall when you can walk through the door.
Good luck to him. I wonder if he'll go to someplace like UNC-Asheville or UNC-Greensboro with him being from Charlotte.
I doubt this is a shock to the coaching staff so our interest in Lake is probably the same.
