I think that one got deleted. I saw that comment in a quote, and tried to use the backtrack feature to see what you were respondind too, and I got the "you do not have sufficient privileges to...". I actually thought you were placed in time-out!

Depending on the age. The only reason I can make up to avoid chewing ice is the possible choking hazard that smaller kids have with about every food.
The other reason would be that I did it a lot. Maybe that will stop future ice chewers.

I couldn't blame them if I was as it was over the line. Not CG calling a mod a ***** over the line but over the line. Just one of my big pet peeves with politics and society is this name calling and bickering. Way to set a good model for future generations.
Ignoring the stupidness of the idea in the first place, they have sweaters? Do people actually tuck in sweaters normally?

Great dissertation meeting on Monday.
Towards the end, I told my advisor a bit more about this next chapter coming, and the use of pieces of the Anti-Slavery Alphabet to introduce main points.
She studies slavery for a living. Her words, after a fairly big-eyed pause, "Oh, that's lovely."
I get the feeling nobody involved wants to see this chapter. But, I suffered through it, they can, too.

Chewing ice can cause microfractures in your teeth rendering the natural protections against decay ineffective. It also can cause gum injuries and chipped or cracked teeth. I kind of think if the latter happens you probably had a weak tooth anyway, but I'm no dentist.
