Not recent, but as far as former ISU players reminded me a little of Curtis Stinson.
Way more athletic than Stink. While LW looks to be strong, Stinson was a bulldog. I don't see the comp.
LW game doesnet remains me of Stinson at all but kind of a combo of Blaylock and Isiah Cannon (murray state)..Which I would take.
LW is playing like a McD AA right now. He's the best player on arguably the best team in the country...When he wants to get to the rim he is getting to the rim and hard and strong.

A Jackson & Wigginton backcourt reminds me of the UConn guards when they were national champs 3-4 years ago. Boatright and ???. Both a bit undersized, but quick on the dribble and good 3 pt. shots. Put Weiler-Babb on the wing and that is a pretty talented perimeter group. With the position flexibility of those 3, still plenty of minutes for Lewis and possible JUCO/5 Yr. Tfr.
What do you mean? You can miss a lot if you totally nail it on a few others.
I think it can be a good combo, particularly on offense, but Napier was POY caliber.
NWB needs to see more time with the ball in his hands imo. He has combo guard potential.
I believe he's referring to keeping Simeon around, which is 2 solid misses so far.
I keep seeing Melo Trimble with Wigginton.
Is that a good thing or a bad thing? The only reason I ask is because I think Melo is vastly overrated.
EDIT: oops I thought they were saying Wigginton is like Melo.

Melo Trimble doesn't have the explosiveness that Lindell has in my opinion. Does Trimble ever dunk it?
How do you remember Boatwright and not Napier, that guy was the best player in the country. The biggest difference in us and that team is that team had 3 or 4 athletic bigs that played great defense. Not sure we have that yet.
