And yes, either way, that's a holy crap waaaaaay over the line thing to do.
My high school is ranked in football this week for the first time ever!! We're also leading the state in rushing yards over all divisions. We're Division 4 (4th biggest) out of 7 + 8-man.
Just performed a little X-acto knife surgery on two YUGE foot blisters on my arch. Went with that over the fish knife as it's a little more scalpel like. Should have taken pictures just to gross out Pants. Trying to figure out how to run with these now since they are going to be hard to patch around.
Moleskin? Just guessing, maybe drop a pm to Erik and see if he has a suggestion.

Moleskin would be my first thought.
I would have mentioned inserts for the shoes, but I've learned that one the hard way.
My advice would be to crack open a cold one, put your feet up and forget all about this running nonsense.
Already "window framed" around the blisters with moleskin...with no great effect. May take tomorrow off. The new Senco pads came so I may try mounting them to the old orthotics or run without them. Dammit, I thought my fragile feet bones would derail my 5k run, not blisters (and the blisters won't)

Flag football could have gone better tonight. Got mercy ruled. Was a good excuse to drink after.
Day off due to pink eye was boring as hell. Highlight was taking the dogs to the dog park this morning. I enjoyed watching our puppy golden get chased around by Great Danes should wanted nothing more than to play and she was scared. Good taste of her own medicine. And good 1.5 mile walk.
My HS's HC parade goes by my parents now so we went over to that as well. Having a cute kid helps get candy. Halloween candy shopping complete.

so beforehand, DH and I did some practice kicking/catching cause I wanted to learn how to bomb it.
Only had 9 people - IDK where the other 25 people of our team were at. I did a solid bunt to start but 3rd out happened when I was at 2nd, boo.
In the field, I had a catch that I allllllllllllmost had but it bounced off my..........boobs. Dammit.
So like my 3rd? time up, I totally bombed it. Went out solidly between 2nd and 3rd. Excellent kick, I heard my bench go OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH nice kick!
I was quite proud when I got to first. DH had been ahead of me though, and was less impressed since they were able to get to him at 2nd. He said it was a good kick but maybe don't kick toward his running spot next time. After that, I always ended up like, going up with 2 outs and people on base so I never quite knew how to kick so I'd try bunting, but they'd pop and so I kept getting out
DH said we'll work on that now.
In the outfield, I covered 2nd one time, dropped the ball at my feet but picked it up juuuuuuuuust before the girl got there. I got an out! I also picked up a ground ball and got it to first for the assist. Go me! At the end, this guy's kick was like line drive but over my head. I knew I wouldn't catch it, but wasn't sure if DH and other guy behind me were in good position, so I batted it down (had to chase it for a second) and yelled "SORRY!" Turned out to be good, cause the guy stopped at 2nd. He told me himself that had that gone over my head, he'd have tried for home.
So we won 13-7 and I'm preeeeeety sure that I'm the only one on our team who didn't score. Poop. But I'm glad we won.
oh yeah, in practice, I had been drop kicking some deep balls to DH to catch and it totally paid off. He had some great catches tonight.
Of course, I'm his best catch
