Damn. I missed an opportunity there. I could have said Lard was expected to be at the game, but not in the student section.
A little late to the conversation, but our county fair is free entry, free parking. The do a "pay one price" for grandstand shows so a $35 pass gets you into everything. Wednesday night is the rodeo, usually music Thu/Fri/Sat and then races/demo derby/the like on Sunday. This year's music included John Michael Montgomery and Foreigner. I think if you just wanted to go to Foreigner a single ticket was $40.
I was able to go exercise this morning. My legs are still shakey from all of the squats. I think I 'earned' Z's birthday lunch today.

nope, not even close! DH finally picked a grill (hopefully it's fitting into the car) and I decided that's a reason to invite friends over tomorrow. So I've been cleaning, making a peach crisp, and getting other foods ready for lasagna tonight. Now to cross stitch while watching the stats for volleyball.
I'm still feeling crappy with this cough/cold thing too. Think if I'm still like this Tuesday I'll call again.

so when I complain to DH that I think I'll never be healthy again........I may not be wrong?!
I think they told me to get some of that stuff too. I have an allergy to cold medicine which makes colds especially sucky but they thought the mucus stuff would be ok. I may have to give it a try.
Sangria chilling in the fridge for tomorrow, lasagna in the oven for tonight and bruschetta ready to go!
I think we'll have to do this CSA thing again. Makes us cook more! Used tomatoes, squash, cucumber (more fridge pickles), and peaches (well, we ordered those special) today. Probably use some of the peppers and carrots for salad tomorrow and an onion for grilled onions on the burgers.
Chicken enchiladas, beans, rice & tamales...choc cake for dessert. Life is good1
what's your recipe? we did chicken enchiladas once but I wasn't a huuuuuuuuuge fan. You're from Texas so I imagine yours would be good!
I want to speed up my PC a bit. Assuming that RAM is the best place to start. How can I tell how much my motherboard can handle?
