Someone explain this.

These stick figure line are the exact same height. One is angled from running and one is laying down form diving. The one laying down obviously has their chests further along than the one running. Why wouldn't this a strategic advantage?

She just didn't play well. It's ridiculous to suggest she had any issues with the pressure.

That hurdler who missed clearing the first hurdle by about a foot would have been really funny if I didn't feel a bit sorry for him.

I did think it was cool that he still got up and finished the race though. I think a lot of people would have just quit at that point.

Same for the reigning gold medal winner in the high bar last night. He even had his king & queen there watching him...and he missed his catch after a release and faceplanted...HARD. Not only did he stand up & get back up to the bar without assistance, he repeated the skill that he missed, and nailed it. No chance of a medal after the fall, but amazing talent and determination.
