Sorry to hear that Boxster. My grandfather passed away a few years back from complications of Alzheimers. Sad to see your loved ones in that condition.

I lost my dad a little over a year ago. Cause of death was listed as complications of dementia. Fortunately when he went downhill, he went fast. Died the day before their 60th anniversary. He was never the same after that bypass surgery and he had times when he realized it. Found a love letter he wrote mom on their 55th anniversary. He put it in a place that we would only find after he had passed.

I went to the Blue Jays game tonight. Got there late because we spent more time at Niagara Falls than we planned on. Walkoff homer by Encarnacion in 11 innings. It was great.

I won't lie - I'm worried about him. I can't stop him though. The tree canopy makes it pretty shady up there, so that helps. And breezes from the north come across the creek & up the hill...so a little natural cooling.
Sorry to hear this boxster. May you and your family be able to remember all the wonderful times you spent with your mom.
On the edge. I was in algona at a baseball game and my wife was in Saint ansgar for softball (about 2 hours apart). We just got light rain but the wife was rained out. The farm looks to have been flooded out. Will find out tomorrow morning. I usually check Albert Lea for what they got.
