I kinda just replied to a work email not entirely sober. Also, **** this headache GO AWAY.


So we got asked last week our upcoming schedule because they want vendor to come do a visit. I'm like I'm gone in June, *******. I stupidly check work email tonight (was out today). I see they scheduled an on site visit for when I'm on vacation. Lololololololol I so enjoyed hitting "decline" on all the days. I'm sure I'm needed for this visit since they're supposed to be working on my ****. But not a hell of a lot I can do when I tell you I'm out these days and you schedule it then anyway. Whatever, I put off using my vacation all year because it was always "ok, work is going to pick up with this vendor" and then it never did. Now I think it actually is but *****, my tickets are booked. I'm using every last day of my time off. Too bad, so sad.

I even sent an email with one of my declines reminding them I said I was out those days and would not be present. I mean maybe they are planning to figure out **** without me. And my boss will be present and can probably answer some of it. But last I heard they were thinking July which wouldn't be great but I'd be present. But I just laughed. I precisely felt like treat myself. Do not kerrrrrrrrrrr. Monday might be funny.

ETA: I sent that email because I half fear organizer of meetings (terrible former project manager I've complained about in the past for not getting us lunch) forgot my email where I said I would be gone. We found out about another email they failed to send to vendor earlier this week. So I'm covering all my bases. Not that I need to, because my boss already knows I'm going to be out. So she'll be like hey dumbas no-longer-project-manager, CG is gone wut r u doing?

I was asked my schedule for a fairly important meeting, gave it, and then got scheduled for the meeting when I'm getting drunk on a beach.

I was putting in my vacay yesterday - I had used a third of my vacation thus far, counting today. There are seven weeks left in our year. I should spread it out a bit more but it's kinda nice taking off Fridays in May and June. Except I've so far chosen the ****** weather Fridays.
