Some context would be helpful in this situation.

Guy shoots and kills a man in a Milwaukee suburb early Sunday morning. There's a drive-by shooting on the interstate just outside the Dells that afternoon. Suspect vehicle is pursued on the interstate, stop sticks deployed and vehicle is stopped just north of Deforest (north of Madison). Driver gets out and walks towards police with gun in hand. Police shoot the guy. Turns out it is the same guy from Milwaukee.

The guy shot at a vehicle passing him on the interstate, just because they were passing. A family of four from Illinois was on their way home from the Dells, and the mom was shot. She was airlifted from the scene and was pronounced brain-dead today.

Techno version FTW.

It's not a song...it's a calling!!!
They're also playing the song for some of the Keanu movie previews (not on the preview below, but some others). As a huge Key & Peele fan, I can't freaking wait to see that movie.

Song came on my iPod (I forgot my son was in the car) and just started belting out the chorus. My son was like "what are you singing?"

Whenever I listen to the CF playlist I created out of everyone's suggestions, I can always spot the GTO suggestions.

Instead of doing my normal workout stuff I decided to try and run for the first thing in nearly two years. Short run of only 3/4 mile but it felt good. I do need to get better at stretching and potentially get shoe inserts. I usually give up when my lower back starts hurting so we will see how long I last.

What kind of stretching? Are you doing it before or after your run?

Mrs. JCyclonee had me watch it last night. It looks good. We read the first Rotten Tomatoes review and it started with these words, " Keanu's absurd premise". That seems like a pretty good start to me.

First baseball game last night. Soon-to-be 13 year old was 2 for 3 and advanced the runner from 2nd to 3rd in his other at bat. Several members of a neighboring community's AA team joined our team this year so the team is way better than last year.

Leg stuff? Hamstring and calf mainly since those have always been my issues. I have always had knee issues and went to physical therapy a bit in high school while playing a couple of sports to try and keep them somewhat loose.

Oh so like static stretching? Try doing dynamic stretching like high knees, butt kickers, etc. that will get you loose and get your heart rate going before running. Only do static stretching after you run.
